My name is Erica Taylor and as a Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is to make you feel and look better than who you were yesterday.  You are your own competition, you can Win or Lose!! Let's work as a team and together we can defeat.

Making a lifestyle change will help you get where you want to be , you have to work for it if you want it.  Remember, your body will do whatever your mind allows it to do, so get your mind right and you can accomplish just about anything.

Blue Fitness offers the following with Personal Training:

     1.  Fitness Assessment (height, weight, body measurement, body fat, BMI, blood pressure, fitness test)

     2.  Customized Workouts during sessions and off sessions

     3.  Tracking results and progress

     4.  Goal Establishment

  • Fitness assessments help to understand your body phsiology as well as your strengths and weaknesses.

  • Customized workouts are created based on your fitness levels and as we track your results and progress, alterations are made to your workouts to avoid plateau.  

  • Goal establishment will help us both understand where you are and where you want to be.

  • My goal is to not only to train you, I want to know who I am training.
